MT. WANK GONDOLA
From April to November, the Wank gondola takes you up to the 1,780-metre-high panoramic mountain in the north-east of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. You can expect a great natural cinema of fantastic panoramic views, wonderful hiking trails and relaxed seating areas.
- Hiking area: Mt. Wank und Ester mountain range
- Highlights: 360-degree panoramic plateau, relaxed hiking trails for the whole family, perfect combination: hike up the mountain and ride down with the gondola

MT. ECKBAUERBAHN
The Eckbauer gondola takes you up to 1,236 meters. From here, you have a magnificent view of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, the Rein Valley and the Zugspitze massif. In addition to fantastic views, culinary highlights and some beautiful hiking tours await you here.
- Hiking area: Wetterstein mountain range
- Highlights: Delicious food, a fantastic view, climbing up the Eckbauer through the nearby Partnach gorge and taking the gondola back down into the valley

KREUZECK GONDOLA
You can reach the Garmisch-Classic hiking area with the Kreuzeck and the Alpspitz gondolas. Here is where mountain lovers' hearts beat faster. Whether it's a via ferrata, challenging hikes, spectacular views or simply the cozy hustle and bustle with delicious food at the Hochalm mountain hut, there really is something for everyone here!

- Highlights: The pleasure adventure trail at the "Osterfelderkopf", Hochalm mountain hut with cozy restaurants, ascent to Mt. Kreuzjoch and to the Kandahar-Slope starting house, combination of a longer hike through the Höllental gorge, view of the Alpspitze
- Culinary highlights: Kreuzeckhaus, Kreuzalm, Hochalm

ALPSPITZ GONDOLA
Like the Kreuzeck gondola, the Alpspitz gondola also takes you to the Garmisch-Classic hiking area in the shadow of the famous Zugspitze. The mountain station on the "Osterfelderkopf" is the perfect starting point for a breathtaking view from the AlpspiX viewing platform or for a challenging mountain tour.

- Highlights: AlpspiX viewing platform, the pleasure adventure trail to the Kreuzeck, combination of a longer hike through the Höllental gorge
- Culinary highlights: Osterfelder 2000, Hochalm, Kreuzeckhaus, Kreuzalm, Höllentalangerhütte (only on the descent through the Höllental gorge)

CABLE CAR "ZUGSPITZE"
What would a vacation in Garmisch-Partenkirchen be without a trip to the Zugspitze? At 2,962 meters, the Zugspitze summit towers above every other mountain in Germany. The ultra-modern Zugspitze cable car, the nostalgic cog railroad and the glacier cable car make the Zugspitze a perfectly accessible excursion destination that combines classic mountain experiences with contemporary adventures.
